Through performing a social media audit, Mano Media discovered key insights and provided recommendations to guide Grande Cosmetics in their social media approach.
Grande Cosmetics saw lower engagement than competitors across all channels, especially on Instagram where others were investing the most time. Their follower demographics included women between the ages of 45-69, but their content was focusing on a much younger demographic.
The mentions of Grande Cosmetics products did not focus on their main selling features, which were the enhancing benefits of their products.
Through all of these insights, Mano Media was able to give the brand next steps to focus on, which included:
